Pick-up at the airport:
Your booking confirmation, received via email, will contain the exact meeting point where the driver will be waiting for you. They will remain in the arrival hall until you have collected your luggage and passed through customs.
Transfer to the airport:
For pickups from a hotel, the pick-up will either take place at the hotel reception or directly at the hotel entrance. If you are being picked up from an apartment or a private residential address, the driver will be at the agreed location at the agreed time.
For all other pick-up locations, we kindly ask for a precise address as well as specific instructions (such as landmarks or notable features) to facilitate locating the pick-up point.

The driver adjusts their arrival time according to the flight schedule and limits waiting to a maximum of one hour after the aircraft lands. If anyone in your party is delayed at baggage claim or customs, please inform us. For airport transfers from your location, the driver’s waiting time is a maximum of 10 minutes beyond the agreed pick-up time.

After the expiry of the complimentary waiting time, a fee of 10 EUR will be charged for every commenced 10 minutes of waiting time.
Viennalltaxi actively monitors the flight status to ensure that the driver is waiting for you on time upon your arrival, regardless of any delays. If there is a change in your flight number, your flight is rescheduled, or you are facing a significant delay of more than two hours, we kindly ask you to contact our 24/7 hotline immediately. The relevant contact number can be found in the email containing your booking confirmation. This allows us to adjust the pick-up accordingly and ensures that your transfer runs as smoothly as possible.

Animals are only allowed to be transported in suitable transport containers. We hope for your understanding as we need to transport additional guests following your ride and aim to maintain the condition of our vehicles. Before making a taxi booking, we kindly ask you to contact us to clarify the dimensions of your animal transport box.
Please inform us in advance if you require a child seat by specifying this in the booking form.
If you prefer to bring your own child seat, please inquire with your airline, as some allow transportation at no additional cost. It is also important to familiarize yourself with the local laws at your destination, as some regions have a legal requirement for children to travel in specific car seats. Although we strive to inform you about these regulations during the booking process, it is your responsibility to inquire about local laws.
